I love getting to photograph the intimacy of first-time parents in their home. Don’t get me wrong, I love a studio session. But there’s something special about photographing a brand new family of three knowing that no matter where they move throughout the years, they will always have images from the home that started their family.

They welcomed me into a space where they welcomed their first child and that will never not be special.
